The short version

Enjoy the world; don't take it apart or resell it. Everything here — stories, artwork, characters, music, names — belongs to us, and we made it for families to use at home.

Using the app and site

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the app on your own devices and to browse this site. Wallpapers and other items on the Downloads page may be used personally and non-commercially. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app, the artwork or the characters without our written permission.

Intellectual property

Circle the Moon™, Tumble, Nilo, Tansy, Tova, the memory leaves, and all associated artwork, story, audio and design are the property of Ruddock & Co Film Productions Ltd and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Purchases

In-app purchases of additional lands are one-time purchases sold and processed by Apple via the App Store, under Apple's Media Services terms, including their refund process. Purchased lands are tied to your App Store account.

The honest disclaimers

The app and site are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them gentle, safe and working, but we can't promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar, and disputes belong to the courts of Gibraltar — though we would much rather you simply write to us first.
